Anyone have the V-speeds for a 1978 C-23 Sundowner? Or an online source
for them? If so, please post.

Airspeed Indicator Markings (IAS). [This is from the Limitations
section...BG]

White arc 52-96 kts (serial M-1285 though M-1586), 51-96 kts (serial M-1587
and after).
Green arc 62-136/61-136 (same serial mark range).
Yellow arc 136-152 kts all serials
Red line 152 kts all serials
Maneuvering 118 kts

No acrobatic maneuvers approved at any weight.

[From the Normal Procedures section...BG]

IAS for takeoff: Liftoff 65 kts, 50 ft 74 kts
Vy 75 kts IAS
Vx 69 kts IAS
Cruise climb 82 kts IAS
Landing approach 68 kts IAS (flaps down)
Max demonstrated crosswind 17 kts

Mag check 2200 rpm

Pretty doggy airplane as I recall. Roomy compared to the Cherokees I was
flying at the time, though.

I just checked my Aircraft Blue Book, and the serial numbers I got out of
the POH are for 1974. Same airframe, of course, but the 74 had a Lyc
O-360-A4J and the 78 had an O-360-A4K. I have no clue as to the difference
between the two engines.
