is it true don't needing an Heli Student XC Endorsement having an
fixed wing license?
So I can legaly go Solo XC once endorsed for Heli Solo Flights on
student pilot cert?
If do I need a valid Bianual for the Fixed Wing?

I ask for the USA (Student Pilot Certificate, Bianual, FAA-Rules)
I have an FAA Fixed Wing License, and an FAA -Student Pilot
Certificate with Solo Endorsement for an Helicopter.

If you hold an FAA Fixed Wing (Airplane) certificate, then you should
understand enough of the FARs to figure it out. But, I think it would be
true that you do not need a "xc endorsement" to do xc in the helicopter as
your airplane rating qualifies you for xc, but I would not do it without
your helicopter instructors blessing. And you are in the US. I do not know
what requirements may be in euro countries.

As to needing the flight review? I do not think so, unless you are planning
to fly fixed wing.
I do not have the ready references.
